Three Foreign Funds Account Worth Rs 43,500 Crore Suspended
The National Securities Depository Ltd has suspended the accounts of three foreign funds that possess shares in four Adani Group entities, worth Rs 43,500 crore. According to a personnel at custodian banks, the accounts have been frozen due to an inadequate release of information under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. However, the accounts that has been freezed are Albula Investment Fund, Cresta Fund and APMS Investment Fund.
