Delhi Capitals' Anrich Nortje Breaks Dale Steyn's Record; Becomes Fastest Bowler In IPL History
Delhi Capitals' pacer Anrich Nortje bowled a 156.22 km per hour delivery, the fastest so far in IPL, to Jos Buttler during a match against Rajasthan Royals on October 14. With this feat, he has broken Dale Steyn's record of 154 kph set in 2012. Speaking about the achievement, he said, "I’ve been working really hard to get the pace up." Subsequently, his team marched to a 13-run victory.
