AP CID Seeks Custody Of Chandrababu Naidu For Questioning, Files Petition
The Andhra Pradesh Police Crime Investigation Department (CID) has filed a petition in the court seeking 15 days of custody of former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, who has been remanded to 14 days of judicial custody in a multi-crore scam, said an official.However, a decision on this petition, which was filed on Monday is expected to come up for a hearing on September 13, confirmed official.

Chandrababu Naidu Arrested In 2014 AP Skill Development Scam, Explained
In 2014, a few months after coming to power, then CM of AP N Chandrababu Naidu proposed to set up a skill development corporation for development across the state. The aim was to provide skills to unemployed youth. The corporation collects content from various educational courses offered all over the country and abroad and converts them into courses which are offered online to students who register with the corporation.
