The five-day 'Holi Mela' in Patna, Bihar reported a whopping overall sale of Rs 45 lakh as it concluded on March 21. The fair, reportedly, hosted 104 stalls owned by women entrepreneurs hailing from Bihar, Bengal, Maharashtra, UP, Jharkhand and Gujarat.
