Mumbai's iconic hotel, Taj, has been rated as the most Powerful Hotel Brand in the World by the Brand Finance. In the 'Hotel 50 2021' report, Taj has received 89.3 points out of 100 with a 'AAA' rating for customer familiarity, employee satisfaction, corporate reputation and world-class customer service. We will continue our endeavour to elevate the world-class experiences of luxury, said Puneet Chhatwal, the CEO of Indian Hotels Company.
