Kerala Police To Form SIT For Kerala Train Fire Incident Probe

In the shocking Kerala train fire incident, the Kerala police formed a special investigation team (SIT) to investigate the matter. Notably, on late night of April 2, an unidentified man in his mid-30s allegedly poured petrol and set his co-passengers on fire, resulting in the death of three people, including one child, and leaving eight with 50% burn injuries. Meanwhile, Kerala CM P. Vijayan directed the police to investigate.

Shocking, Man Sets Co-passengers On Fire In Alappuzha-Kannor Train

In a shocking incident, a Kerala man set his co-passenger on fire, in an Alahppuza-Kanoor train. The incident resulted in the death of three people and left eight injured. The dead including a one-year-old child and a woman were found dead on the tracks near. The man who escaped after the incident is yet to be identified. Furthermore, the investigation revealed that incident happened due to an argument.

BJP Leaders Booked In Extortion Case In Delhi

An extortion case has been filed against two BJP leaders in Delhi, Siyaram Shakya and Dheeraj Pradhan, for allegedly demanding Rs 15 lakh from a businessman to let him construct his house. The FIR was lodged with the Dabri police station in Dwarka district on March 29. Pradhan is said to be the Mehrauli district vice-president of BJP, while Shakya is reportedly a local BJP leader.

Woman Attacks CISF Officer, Bit & Punch Over Cab Driver Payment

In a bizarre incident, a woman assaulted and attacked a CISF personnel, at airport. The woman identified as Gunjan Rajeshkumar Aggarwal punched and bit the officer on Sunday. Aggarwal is an IT engineer and belongs to West Bengal. As per sources, the woman had an argument over cab driver payment and refused to pay, following which the matter reached to CISF officer. The matter is under investigation.

After an aeroplane pee-gate, a 30-year-old man urinated on the seat designated to a 20-year-old female passenger, driving in a state bus in the Hubbali district. ED Files Money Laundering Charges Against Journalist Rana Ayyub

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed a prosecution complaint against Rana Ayyub under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.  On October 12, the ED said that its probe revealed that the journalist launched three fundraiser campaigns on the 'Ketto platform’ starting in April 2020 and collected funds totalling Rs 2.69 crores.
