Chinese Manjha

Eight persons in Delhi have been arrested for allegedly flying kites using Chinese manjha. The kites were flied from Geeta colony area, and due to the menace of Chinese manjha and recent incidents, the police in the said area ran a special drive. Furthermore, around 13 Chinese manjha have been seized from their possession. This has come, after various cases of throat slit have been reported in Delhi.
