DCGI Gives Emergency Use Approval To DRDO's Anti-COVID Drug

Russia Approves First Prescription Drug To Treat Mild and Moderate COVID-19 Symptoms
In a bid to control COVID-19, Russia has authorized R-Pharm's 'Coronavir' as a prescription drug for the treatment of Coronavirus. Reportedly, the drug can be used to treat COVID-19 patients with mild and moderate symptoms and the company is planning to make it available in pharmacies by next week. Russia is the first nation to have approved a prescription drug for Coronavirus.
