The incident came to light after the victim's brother alleged husband was behind the murder. However, the husband denied it and said, Juandice killed his wife. A case has been registered for further investigation.

The incident occurred in the Kolar district, in Karnataka when Krishna Murthy (46) murdered his daughter Keerthi. Upon hearing the death of Keerthy, her lover 24-year-old Gangadhar allegedly committed suicide. Furthermore, the police registered a case and arrested the accused Murthy. In addition, an investigation has been launched.

In a horrific incident, a class X student was burnt alive in Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh. A few people, including the prime accused named Venkateshwar Reddy poured petrol on the innocent child and burnt him alive.
