Darshan Singh Yadav

Veteran Samajwadi Party leader, Darshan Singh Yadav, passed away on October 17 at the age of 90, due to prolonged illness. The Mulayam Singh Yadav confidant was undergoing treatment at Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital at Lucknow. Since 1972, Darshan Singh was the head of Sefai Village in Etawah District and had been awarded the prestigious 'Yash Bharti' award. Akhilesh Yadav, Ram Gopal Yadav and Shivpal Yadav condoled the leader's demise.
