In another Delhi horror story, a young filmmaker Piyush Pal (30) died in a road accident. The victim sustained serious injuries and was bleeding on road. Passerby chose to ignore, simply taking video and selfies of the dying Piyush. He was even robbed, as his laptop and phone was missing. It was 30 minutes later one Pankaj Jain took Pal to hospital, where he was declared dead.
