Woman Who Accused Dhananjay Munde Of Rape Withdraws Complaint
Over a week after accusing Maharashtra cabinet minister Dhananjay Munde for raping her sister, the women has now withdrawn her complaint. The complainant said she became upset after her complaint was politicised. However, the Mumbai Police has now asked her to submit a notarized affidavit into this regard. Reportedly, Munde was in an extramarital affair with the complainant’s sister and also had children with her.

Maharashtra: BJP Asks Munde To Resign, Requests EC For Inquiry
BJP leader Kirit Somaiya on January 13 requested the Election Commission to form an inquiry against NCP’s minister Dhananjay Munde. Somaiya also demanded Munde’s resignation over the rape accusation by a female singer with whose sister the latter was in an extra-marital relationship.
