Fashion street

Over 400 shops selling accessories including garments, shoes and goggles were gulped by a massive fire that broke out at Fashion Street in Pune's MG Road, on late March 26. Around Sixteen fire vehicles and 50 firefighters struggled for three hours in-order to douse fire. According to the Pune's fire department, the street was already declared 'Fire Hazard' zone a few years ago, later opposed by the local traders.
