Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has arrested a suicide bomber from the Islamic State terror group, informed officials on August 22. Reportedly, the terrorist was plotting an attack in India. The suicide bomber was planning to blow himself up against one of India’s leading politicians. The man was reportedly recruited by IS in Turkey, as a suicide bomber.
