Haider Malik (24) stood in front of Canary Wharf station with a placard in the hope of getting a job in the finance and banking sector. His placard had a QR code, so people could easily view his CV and LinkedIn profile. Soon after, he was invited for an interview for the role of Treasury Analyst at Canary Wharf Group, and got a job by the end of the week.

Mary D’souza Sequeira, Mumbai's first women Olympian athlete and 'Dhyan Chand' award winner had to organize a dance and a whist competition to raise funds to participate in Finland’s Helsinki 1952 Olympics.
