Indian Shuttler Pronoy HS Quarter-Finals At Japan Open 2022
Indian Shuttler Pronoy HS entered the quarter-finals of Japan Open 2022, on September 1. The Olympic Gold Medalist, Pronoy defeated Singapore's Loh Kean Yew and made India proud. With this, Pronoy secures his spot in the men's single match at Badminton Japan Open. With this, Prpnoy HS will face Chinese Taipei's Chou Tien Chen in the semi-finals. Japan Open 2022 started in August 30- September 4.

Tollywood Actor Siddharth Apologizes To Saina Nehwal Over 'Twitter Joke'
Actor Siddharth apologized to shuttler Saina Nehwal for his "Twitter joke". "I want to apologize to you for my rude joke that I wrote as a response to a tweet of yours, a few days ago," tweeted Siddharth on January 11. He further added, "If a joke needs to be explained, then it wasn't a very good joke to begin with". The apology came after Siddharth's sexist remark against Nehwal.
