Smriti Mandhana Declared Fit For ICC Women's World Cup
Indian women's cricket team player Smriti Mandhana, who recently was injured during warm-up fixture against South Africa, has been declared fit by doctors, on February 27. With this, Mandhana will continue ICC Women's World Cup Campaign against Pakistan, starting from March 6. Besides, Indian Women's cricket team is also set to play warm-up against West Indies, before world cup. Meanwhile, in the first warm-up game against SA, India won.

Indian Batsmen Punam Raut Walks, Despite Being Declared Not Out
Indian women batter Punam Raut walked off the pitch despite being declared not out by the on-field umpire over a caught-behind appeal. Australia Women's Beth Mooney was asked by the commentators if she would have done the same. Responding to them, Mooney said, "Nah, no chance! I would never walk...at times it goes in your way as well." Punam Raut's exceptional decision to walk off on Day 2 received widespread praise on social media.
