Former England spinner Monty Panesar has condemned the Bollywood movie Laal Singh Chaddha. The Aamir Khan starter "Laal Singh Chaddha" released on August 11, and gained a lot of criticism, and trending with #Boycott. Amongst the critique, Monty Panesar was disappointed over the portrayal of the lead character, who is a Sikh and called it disrespectful and disgraceful to the Indian Armed Forces, Indian Army and Sikhs.
Another song of "Laal Singh Chadha" ‘Phir Na Aisi Raat Aayegi’ sung by Arijit Singh is out now. The most awaited music has been given by Pritam while Amitabh Bhattacharya is the lyricist. Aamir Khan's "Laal Singh Chaddha" will have an OTT release, six months after the theatrical release. With this announcement, the audience needs to wait longer than thought to watch the film with comfort. Moreover, produced by Aamir Khan Productions, Kiran Rao, and Viacom18 Studios, the "Laal Singh Chaddha" is an official remake of the Hollywood movie Forrest Gump and hit cinemas on August 11.
During the shoot of "Laal Singh Chadha" lead actor Aamir Khan suffered a knee injury. A source close to the actor, who wished to be anonymous confirmed the injury, which happened while shooting a long-running sequence. However, dedicated to the shooting, Aamir continued the shoot. Later, he even underwent physiotherapy and took painkillers to avoid the pain that was caused while running, to avoid delay in the film shoot.
