Mercedes Launches 'AMG 53 Coupe' In India; Priced At Rs 1.20 Crore
The Mercedes-AMG 53 Coupe has been launched at a price of Rs 1.20 crore in India. The car is the second GLE Coupe model and is a replacement for GLE 43 Coupe. Mercedes-AMG 53 Coupe has been powered by 3.0 liter twin-turbo inline-six petrol engine, which produces 435bhp. The car also comes with its signature 'Panamericana grille'. The booking for the new model has already begun by Mercedes-Benz India.

Mercedes India to Increase Prices by Upto 2% From October
On September 14, Mercedes-Benz India announced an upward revision of upto 2% in the prices of its selected car models effective from October. It cited weakening of Rupee against Euro as the reason behind this step. The company stated there was significant pressure on the operations owing to rising input costs. Mercedes-Benz India Managing Director Martin Schwenk said, "We as a customer centric-brand will be absorbing most of the impact."

Vehicle Cyber Security Team Finds Bugs in Mercedes-Benz E-class
At least 19 security bugs in the Mercedes-Benz E-class car were found by a team of researchers from Sky-Go, a Chinese vehicle cyber security unit. The security bugs may let hackers easily access the car including the likes of opening the doors or starting the engine remotely.
