The late Congress MLA BM Idinabba's grandson Ammar Abdul Rahman was arrested from Ullal, Mangalore after NIA raided following a connection in a case related to IS. Reportedly, Rahman's niece and her husband were among the 13 residents of Kasaragod who flew to Afghanistan in 2016 to join the IS. Reportedly, Rahman and a few others allegedly have links with "IS Sympathiser" Mohammad Ameen Yahya, arrested on March 15.
