No helmet no fuel

To raise awareness on wearing helmets and prevent deaths during accidents, the Kolkata Police will be introducing "No Helmet, No Fuel" initiative from December 8 till February 5. As per a police official, no pumps are allowed to give petrol to helmetless riders. However, pump owners have felt that it would be challenging to implement the rule without police protection.
