Nobel foundation

The prize money for the prestigious Nobel Prizes has been raised this year by 1 million crowns ($110, 000), taking the total amount to 10 million crowns. The Nobel Foundation said this was done due to the stable condition of its cost and capital. The prize money has continued to rise since the awards’ inception in 1901, except for a cut down of 2 million crowns in 2012.
