In a heart-wrenching incident, 22 COVID-19 patients on ventilators suffocated to death in Nashik’s Zakir Hussain Hospital on April 21. Reportedly, the accident happened due to oxygen leak in the cylinders supplying oxygen to the patients on ventilator.
