PM Modi Apprciates Baba Sivananda For His Yoga Passion In 'Mann Ki Baat'

In the 87th episode of Mann Ki Baat, PM Modi appreciated 126-year-old Baba Sivanand and said, "The life of Baba Sivananda is an inspiration for all of us. He has a passion for Yoga and leads a very healthy lifestyle." Modi said, dressed in white kurta & dhoti, Baba is picture of 'simplicity & grace. Baba known for his healthy lifestyle and yoga received Padma Shri award on March 21.

Famous dance historian and Padma Shri awardee Sunil Kothari, passed away on December 27, at the age of 87.
