Assam Police Recovers Warlike Stores & Weapons From Passenger Bus
In Assam's Karbi Anglong, Assam Rifles and Assam Police in a joint operation recovered several warlike stores and weapons in a passenger bus on March 17. The police recovered two factory-made 32 pistols, two magazines, two sets of walkie talkie from a box. "The owner of the bag has not boarded the bus. The bus was destined to Mon district, Nagaland," SDPO John Das said. Further investigation is underway.

Pakistan: Passenger Bus Catches Fire, Overturns; 13 Killed, 5 Injured Severely
In Pakistan's Sindh province, a passenger bus caught fire and overturned, leading to the death of atleast 13 people. Besides, 5 other passengers have suffered severe injuries. Reportedly, the bus was traveling from Hyderabad to Karachi when it skidded off the road and caught fire. It was carrying 22 passengers. An official stated "many of them were trapped inside and got burnt."
