Novak Djokovic Ends 2020 as World No.1, Equals Pete Sampras' Record: Tennis
Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic was awarded the ATP Tour Number One trophy for ending the year 2020 at the top of the rankings. He also levelled Pete Sampras’ record of finishing at the world number one spot for six years after ending 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2018, and 2020 at the top of the ATP Rankings. He was honored by the ATP Chairman Andrea Gaudenzi at the ongoing Nitto ATP Finals.
