Mumbai Boy Makes Eco-Friendly Grow Bag Made Of Recycled Bottles
Jinay Gada, a 17-year-old Mumbai native, a student of K J Somaiya College of Science and Commerce, has developed lightweight grow bags out of non-woven cloth as an eco-friendly option. However, Gada established ‘Planteria' in July 2021 and began promoting these grow bags across India. “They are sturdy, regulate water drainage, and promote air pruning. To date, I have sold 200 bags through social media,” says Jinay Gada.

Coca-Cola Brands Most Littered Items In UK Beach
In what is regarded as the UK’s biggest coordinated cleanup event, nearly 3,913 volunteers collected around 9,998 Coca-Cola bottles and cans that littered several beaches in the country, a report revealed. Campaigners have also called for the "deposit return Scheme" to handle the littering situations in the country. Filipino-Born Company Turns Plastic Bottles Into Bottle Lights
Liter of Light - a company in the Philippines - has recycled plastic bottles by turning them into lights that do not need electricity. The company had successfully installed about 3,50,000 bottle lights in more than 15 countries. The lights were made out of plastic bottles, water, galvanized steel, and bleach. These easy to maintain bottle lights produce the same light as a 50W incandescent bulb and could be installed anywhere.
