Public Sector Banks To Conduct Credit Outreach Programmes In All Districts

As part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebration, public sector banks are scheduled to conduct a credit outreach programme on June 8, in all districts across the state. With this, the customers and public at large, could clarify their queries on credit facilities and enrolment in various government schemes. Under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, a week-long celebration of Ministry of finance is underway, during June 6-12.

'No Jabs, No Job' Says Fiji's PM

Amid the breakout of the Delta Plus variant strain, Fiji has made coronavirus vaccination mandatory for all workers. The Prime Minister, Frank Bainimarama issued a direct message addressing the employees saying "no jabs, no job." All the public sector employees in the South Pacific nation as well as the private sector employees must have their first jab by August 15. Besides, Bainimarama has denied imposing lockdown in the country.

75% Pvt Job Reservation Law To Be Effective From May 1: Haryana Dy-CM

The reservation law providing 75% employment quota in private sector to Haryana natives will become effective from May 1, informed Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala on April 2. Chautala said three out of four job vacancies, in new or operational industries, will be for Haryana domiciles.
