Delhi police detained Congress MPs Rajni Patil, Akhilesh Prasad Singh, L Hanumanthiah and Su. Thirunavukkarasar, on June 13. The MPs stated that they were illegally detained while en route to the party office, to support Rahul Gandhi in National Herald case. "We are going to move a privilege motion in Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha as this is a clear violation of privilege of MPs", said L Hanumanthiah.
