South Africa's fashion designer and blogger made a creative dress out of KFC packaging. She posted the dress on Twitter, which left the audience stunned, and gathered the attention of KFC South Africa. ''Decided to make this dress for KFC from recycled KFC packages to show how much of KFC super fans we are,'' she tweeted. "All this fresh drip, we were never ready,'' replied KFC South Africa.

Sell Your Waste, Buy Recycled Products From Hardik Shah
Hardik Shah, an engineer from Hyderabad who has worked for several years in the IT industry has started his new venture 'Innovate Green Technologies Private Limited'. Shah's cleantech startup was founded in 2017 and allows customers to sell their waste and buy recycled products. “I was inspired to create a system that could help people solve global warming... make environmental conservation a priority,” he said.

Mumbai Students Introduces 'Hydroponic' Farming To Limit Plastic Use
To limit the use of plastic and soil in agriculture and to negate environmental crisis, ten management students from Universal Business School (UBS), Mumbai, initiated "Project Roop"- a project to upcycle plastic bottles and use them in "hydroponic" farming. Reportedly, India alone generates 4,059 tonne of plastic waste every day. Hydroponic is a horticulture process where plants are grown in nutrient-rich water than soil.

Canada Eyes To Eliminate Single-Use Plastics Before 2022
Canada's Environmental Minister Jonathan Wilkinson announced that single-use plastics will be banned in the country by the end of 2021.
