Tek Chand

Vinod Kumar, discus-thrower, and Tek Chand, javelin-thrower are two of five Indian athletes who will witness the Tokyo Paralympics opening-ceremony. About 54 para-athletes from across nine sports disciplines will be present and this is India's largest-ever Paralympic participation. The event will commence on August 24 and will continue till September 5. Rio 2016 Gold Medalist, Thangavelu Mariyappan will delegate the event.
