Abu Dhabi Allows Non-Muslim Civil Marriages Under New Law

Abu Dhabi on November 7 announced a new law, in which non-muslims will be allowed to marry, divorce, and get joint child custody. Reportedly, the UAE government followed the Islamic sharia principles, which have been changed in the view of maintaining its competitive edge as a regional commercial hub. UAE Defeats India At AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers

India lost 0-1 to hosts United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the second game of the AFC U-23 Championship Qualifiers at the Fujairah Stadium in Dubai on October 27. Igor Stimac made just one change to the lineup that beat Oman 2-1 in their previous match, bringing in Lalengmawia in place of Aniket Jadhav. Due to an 82nd-minute spot-kick by Abdulla Idrees, the UAE managed to beat India.

India To Conclude Free Trade Agreements With UAE, Australia By 2022

While speaking at a media conclave, Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal on October 9 said that we're working in full swing to sign free trade agreements (FTAs) with the UAE and Australia. Reportedly, the government is negotiating to conclude the agreement with the UAE by March 2022 and with Australia by the end of 2022. Besides, Goyal said the negotiation is also going on with the UK.

According to reports, the Disaster Management Authority has notified that the shot received should be approved by WHO. The world's deepest pool, 'Deep Dive', has been opened for the Public from the month of July in Dubai. Sharing a video on Twitter, the crown prince of Dubai, Hamdan bin Mohammed wrote, ''An entire world awaits you at Deep Dive the world's deepest pool, with a depth of 60 meters (196 ft).'' Earlier, the Guinness Book of World Records granted the title of deepest swimming pool to 'Deepspot' in Poland.
