2 Wimbledon Matches Being Probed Over Possible Match-Fixing

Two matches at Wimbledon 2021 are being questioned for possible match-fixing following irregular betting patterns. Several betting firms complained of abnormal bets on the first round of men's singles and doubles matches. Although, the exact details of the bets are still uncertain. The International Tennis Integrity Agency, which is investigating the cases, clarified that there were 11 match alerts between April to June this year.

Tokyo Olympics 2020: Rafael Nadal Announces Check Out From Wimbledon

Rafael Nadal announced on social media that he will not compete in the next Wimbledon and the Tokyo Olympics 2020. However, the announcement said that it was a hard decision but after consulting his team, Nadal had to take care of his health for a much better future career. Besides, he also pointed out that his body wouldn't have enough time to recover after a much demanding season if he continued.
