CPRF Becomes First In World To Have Women Brass Band
The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) became the first organisation in the world to form a women's brass band as they included women commandos in its CoBRA unit. The women commandos, who were inducted on the occasion of its 88th All Women Battalion Rising Day, will go under training and be sent to the Naxal-affected areas. Reportedly, 34 women from 6 battalions will undergo a three-month rigorous COBRA pre-induction training.
