Over 200 Killed In Western Ethiopia's Ethnic Cleansing
In the ongoing ethnic violence in Ethiopia's Oromia region, the Oromo Liberation Army has allegedly killed over 210 people in the last few days and forced women and children to run for their lives. The group arrived in Gida-Kirimu after the security forces left the western region unguarded. The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission (EHRC) said that Ethnic-based attacks and killing of 'ethnic Amharas' led to the exodus of civilians from the region.
