India Agrees To Discuss Expanding Of Pilgrimage Sites With Pakistan: MEA
India is ready for discussions with Pakistan on expanding the number of religious sites and modes of travel that can be visited by pilgrims on both sides. Under the 1974 protocol, the expansion of the pilgrimage sites will be discussed and India has a positive approach towards this issue, said MEA spokesperson Arindam Bagchi. Reportedly, Pakistan Hindu Council has proposed to fly 160 Pakistani Hindu pilgrims from Karachi to Jaipur.
