Abortion

The protests to 'legalize abortions' got heated as the women protesting resorted to violence and charged at the police lines in the Mexico City. Reportedly, the police used tear-gas to control the situation after the protestors threw molotov cocktails at them. Women in Mexico have been pushing for pro-choice laws across the country, as it is legal in only a few states and only for exceptional cases.
