Shiv Sena Seeks Honesty Prove From Leaders, Asks To Sign Affidavit
After 39 MLAs campaigned against Shiv Sena, the party asked for a signed affidavit from its leaders and officials. In an announcement, the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena said, they would now seek honesty from their officials, including MLAs, Corporators, Shakha Pramukh, Vibhag Pramukh and Deputy Vibhag Pramukh. The decision to sign an affidavit came after massive confusion, regarding who is in Shiv Sena and who is protesting against it.

SC Lashes Out At Medical Committee Over Vacant NEET-PG Seat
The Supreme Court asked the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) to ensure that no single NEET-PG seat should be vacant. On June 8, the vacation SC bench MR Shah and Aniruddha Bose said, in 2021, 1,456 NEET seats remain vacant, and asked the MCC to submit an affidavit before next hearing, June 9. Furthermore, it asked the council to allow students for vacant seats after a stray vacancy round by AIQ.

Public Servants Must Submit 'No-dowry Affidavit': UP Government
Uttar Pradesh Women's Welfare Department has issued a new circular, dated October 12, to all the state government employees to submit a ''no-dowry affidavit'' by October 18 to eradicate the dowry system. The circular is to be followed by all the employees who got married after April 31, 2004. Reportedly, if anyone fails to submit the affidavit, all the heads of departments and commissioners can take action against them.

Centre Files An Affidavit In Delhi High Court Against WhatsApp
An affidavit has been filed in Delhi High Court by the Centre in consideration of the WhatsApp's cooperation with new IT guidelines. Stressing upon the instant messaging App, the Centre said, it is “indulging in anti-users practices by obtaining 'trick consent' from users for its updated privacy policy". Highlighting the notifications regarding 2021 updated privacy policy, the centre also put forward the trouble of Whatsapp users.
