Congress's former President Rahul Gandhi is to lay foundation stone for "Amar Jawan Jyoti" in Raipur, Chhatisgarh, on February 3. National War Memorial Flame To Merge With Amar Jawan Jyoti Flame: Indian National Army
Amar Jawan Jyoti Flame and National War Flame will be merged on January 21, said the Indian Army Official. Announced on January 20, the step came days ahead of R-Day. Notably, Integrated Defence Staff Chief Air Marshal Balabadhra Radha Krishna will extinguish the flame at Indian Gate Memorial and will be merged with the Amar Jawan Jyoti Flame at National War Memorial, constructed by the Modi Government in 2019.
