Chhattisgarh Woman Dies After Face Off With Wild Boar
In Chhattisgarh, a woman died after giving a tough fight to a wild boar. On February 26, a woman Duvashiya Bai (45,) died due to serious injuries sustained after a face-off with the wild boar at a farmland near Korba district. The woman was fetching soil with her 11-year-old daughter, when the wild boar attacked. The woman fought the boar to save her daughter Rinki.

Leopard Attacks & Kills 6-Year-Old Girl In Front Of Parents: Madhya Pradesh
In Madhya Pradesh's Mhow Tehsil, a leopard attacked and killed a six-year-old girl, on June 9. The incident occurred in the outskirts of Dudhi Bawdi village, at around 2 am, when the girl was sleeping with her parents outside of their house. Reportedly, the leopard attacked and killed the girl on spot, and fled the scene after an alarm was raised. Futhermore, the process to award compensation has been initiated.
