Karnataka Assembly Speaker on March 4 suspended Congress MLA BK Sangamesh for his 'indecent' behaviour in the Vidhana Soudha. The MLA removed his shirt during a protest by Congress against the 'One Nation, One Election’ initiative and shouted slogans.
