While addressing a rally in Tamil Nadu, Former Congress President Rahul Gandhi said that the people of J&K don't rule themselves, they are ruled by the UP and Gujarat bureaucrats. Talking about Congress's vision, Gandhi said, "Our vision is unity in diversity while there is unity through conformity." Taking a dig on PM Modi the Wayanad MP said, "He insults the state and the country."
