Cranberries Can Elevate Cardiovascular Health, Reveals Study
Consuming cranberries regularly can improve cardiovascular health. In addition, the study was conducted on 45 healthy men who consumed whole cranberry powder everyday or a placebo for one month. The cranberry consumption increased FMD and confirmed dosing, stated the researchers. Notably, Low consumption of fruits and vegetables is one of the common factors for poor cardiovascular health across the globe.
