Due to a bandh over the Cauvery water dispute in Bengaluru, not only the locals but people flying to other regions are also suffering. The Karnataka bandh called by the 'Kannada Okkoota' to oppose release of water to Tamil Nadu received a good response in Bengaluru, disrupting normal life on September 29.
