Mini-Satellite Developed By Tamil Nadu Students To Be Launched By NASA
NASA will launch an experimental satellite, ‘Indian Sat', which was made by three undergraduate students from Karur, Tamil Nadu. The model, developed by M Adnaan, M Kesavan and V Arun, was selected out of submissions from more than 50 countries. The 3cm solar-powered satellite, weighing 64 gms, is made of reinforced graphene polymer and uses radio frequency to transmit signals.
