Cloudburst

The cloudburst in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh has hit the headlines as the torrential rains have flooded the roads. Parked vehicles are seen being washed away in HP's Bhagsu Nag, meanwhile, destroying properties. The sudden cloudburst has resulted in a rise in water levels in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra. A red alert has been issued to the villages across the rivers.
