Karnataka Extends COVID Lockdown Till June 7; Rolls Stricter Curbs
Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa on May 22 extended the COVID-19 lockdown till June 7 to prevent further spread. Reportedly, the lockdown was earlier scheduled to be lifted on May 24. However, the services like trains and flights, government offices, medical institutions and organisations dealing with foodgrains along with other necessities are kept functional.
