India reported 2,226 fresh case of COVID-19 and 65 fatalities in the last 24 hours, on May 22. A recovery rate of 98.75% has been recorded and the active caseload in the country stands at 14,955. About 2,202 recoveries were reported in the last 24 hours. India's daily positivity rate stands at 0.50% and weekly positivity rate at 0.51%. India has administered over 191 crore cumulative doses of COVID vaccine.

India reported 4,194 new COVID-19 cases, on March 11. The Union Health Ministry has confirmed 6,208 recoveries and 255 deaths in the last 24 hours. While the active caseload stands at 44,488, taking the total caseload to 4,29,80,067. Furthermore, the current recovery rate in the country stands at 98.70% and the daily positivity rate at 0.48%. India continues to report below 5,000 COVID-19 cases, with 4,575 cases in the 24 hours, on March 9. Besides new cases, India reported 2,986 recoveries and 145 fresh fatalities, confirmed the Union Health Ministry department.
