More Than 4 Crore Workers List Themselves On e-Shram Portal
The government's newly launched e-shram portal received an overwhelming response in India as over 4 crore workers from fields such as construction, fishing, street vending, agriculture, etc have registered in two months. Tamil Nadu CM Launches Mini-Clinic Project To Lessen The Crowd At Govt Hospitals
Tamil Nadu CM, Edappadi K Palaniswami announced on December 14 to set up around 2000 mini-clinics throughout the state in-order to provide healthcare facilities. This concept behind the scheme is to lessen the crowd at the government hospitals which are filled with COVID patients. The citizens would be treated for minor infection such as headaches, coughs, colds, etc and essential health care services will be provided at the clinics.
