Singhu Border Farmers Open One-Side Of Highway For Oxygen, Ambulances
The farm law protestors, including Samyukt Kisan Morcha (SKM), on April 22 agreed to clear one-side of the highway at the Singhu border for passage of oxygen, ambulances and other services. The protestors claimed to be supportive in the battle against pandemic and "are committed to causing least inconvenience to ordinary citizens". Rajasthan: Pregnant Woman Struggles For Life Due To Bharat Band
In an inhumane act, a pregnant woman in Rajasthan's Sriganganagar district is struggling for her life after protestors did not allow ambulance to pass due to Bharat Band. In a viral video of the incident, the woman's mother can be seen pleading for the way but was unheard. Reportedly, despite the administration’s clear instructions to permit the movement of every essential services, the protestors denied.
